Terms of Sale / Return Policy

  1. All items must be paid in full before collection or delivery, freight charges also apply.
  2. We accept Cash, Direct Deposit, Mastercard, Visa and Eftpos as forms of payments in store. We also accept cheques, however goods cannot be collected until all funds clear.
  3. Sales Orders can only be collected when paid in full. Sales Orders cannot be split.
  4. 24hrs notice is required for delivery. We deliver to all metro area daily, unfortunately exact times cannot be given. Goods to be signed for at time of delivery. If delivery has been prearranged without someone on site goods delivered at own risk.
  5. All items to be checked within 24hrs of collection or delivery. No claims or breakage will be accepted after this time.
  6. All returns to be made within 7 days of purchase date.
  7. All goods returned will incur a 30% restocking fee. Special order goods e.g spa baths and vanities (made to order) are non-returnable.
  8. A refund can only be given if goods are returned in its original condition of purchase accompanied by sales invoice (packaging unopened or unpacked).
  9. No goods can be returned or exchanged once they have been installed.
  10. Due to health regulations no refund can be given on toilet seats if packaging has been opened.
  11. Kitchen sinks cannot be returned or exchanged if removed from packaging or if tap hole has been punched.
  12. Any customers returning stock items after 30 days will receive a credit note to be redeemed in store.
